Gravity Sketch is a VR design tool used by teams at Ford, Nike and New Balance. It grew fast, and features landed wherever there was room. • Led a UX audit of the whole app and tested the findings with power users in VR. • Used it to ship Colors & Materials, then Environments & Lighting. • Environment and lighting use grew 5.8% within two quarters.

Easee is one of Europe’s largest EV charging platforms, with over 1 million chargers in 17+ countries. • Split the portal by audience and gave partners remote diagnostics, cutting support tickets by about half. • Led the Energy Flexibility initiative, which cut cloud costs by over $1M a year. • Led a team of developers and data scientists, and mentored two designers.

I led Discover and Define for the whole value chain, then designed the cargo operations hub. • Research with 100+ people: 30 interviews, 15 workshops and 5 shadowing sessions. • A shared northstar that every product team builds towards. • 5x faster access to critical cargo information.
