Easee is the largest EV charger platform for Homes in Europe, with over 1 million products installed in 17+ countries. • Led the “Energy Flexibility” initiative using service design to optimize grid usage, directly reducing AWS cloud costs by $1M+ annually. • Redesigned B2B Support SaaS for partner integrations with Easee’s cloud platform, reducing support tickets by ~50% through improved data governance UX and simplified system-level user journeys. • Led a cross-functional product team of developers and data scientists; mentored 2 designers and helped establish scalable design processes.

Gravity Sketch is a VR/MR app used by companies like Ford, Nike, and EA. As the platform grew quickly, new features were added in ways that made the user experience feel inconsistent. To fix this, the team ran a full audit of the app and set the foundation for a clearer, more scalable design system. My role was divided into shipping incremental improvements and supporting leadership to define the app Northstar by reviewing the app’s structure and features, and mapping how users access key tools.

Gravity Sketch is a VR/MR app used by companies like Ford, Nike, and EA. As the platform grew quickly, new features were added in ways that made the user experience feel inconsistent. To fix this, the team ran a full audit of the app and set the foundation for a clearer, more scalable design system. My role was divided into shipping incremental improvements and supporting leadership to define the app Northstar by reviewing the app’s structure and features, and mapping how users access key tools.

I led the design transformation of Equinor’s oil and gas trading systems, replacing outdated 1990s tools with a modern, scalable platform. Through extensive research with over 100 stakeholders, I defined a shared vision and guided iterative prototyping and testing. The result made key trading data five times faster to access, integrated AI for smarter decisions, and tailored interfaces to user roles—delivering clearer overviews, streamlined workflows, and lasting gains in efficiency and profitability.
