Gravity Sketch is a VR/MR app used by companies like Ford, Nike, and EA. As the platform grew quickly, new features were added in ways that made the user experience feel inconsistent. To fix this, the team ran a full audit of the app and set the foundation for a clearer, more scalable design system. My role was divide in shipping incremental improvements and support leadership to define the app northstar by reviewing the app’s structure and features, and mapping how users access key tools.

Easee is the largest EV charger platform for Homes in Europe, with over 1 million products installed in 17+ countries. • Led the Energy Flexibility Service, shaping go-to-market strategy and influencing $1M+ in annual cloud cost savings through revised contracts and reduced hardware sales dependency. • Redesigned an internal tool to improve usability and cut support costs—adopted widely by partners resulting in a reduction of support tickets by +20%. • Mentored junior designers and supported design team growth with the Head of Design.
